Tag Blankets

Sensory Tag Blankets are fantastic for young children especially baby's. As many parents will tell you a label or tag attached to any item can provide a baby with hours of curious entertainment.

Not only do Bebe+Me Sensory Tag Blankets provide comfort and security (resulting in a calmer baby), but they also help to improve eye hand coordination and allows you child to explorer different textures, colours and shapes.

Each Sensory Tag Blanket is approx. 30x30cm and has two layers of fabric one side a super soft fleece (perfect for snuggling) and the other side a coordinating gingham, safely secured between these two layers are a total of 24 looped ribbons in a number of different textures, colours and patterns.

N.B. the ribbon combination and arrangements will vary for each blanket. Bebe + Me currently has 8 Tag Blanket designs and they only cost £10 each!!

Only 58 sleeps until Christmas...ekk!! I'd better start some crimbo shopping pretty soon.
In the mean time here are a few little delights from Bebe + Me's Christmas collection of gorgeous bandana bibs or dribble bibs.





















All of Bebe + Me's Bandana Bibs, dribble bibs are made from 100% cotton fronts, polyester super soft fleece backs, 2 nickel free snap fastenings and our bandana bibs, dribble bibs have a distinctive white top stitch detail.
Our use of soft fleece backs enables our bandana bibs, dribble bibs to soak up all of yours babies dribble, milk and sick-up. The fleece also prevents the dribble from soaking through on to their clothes and also draws the moisture away from their delicate skin and helps to prevent your baby from developing a sore neck.

Our bandana bibs, dribble bibs are ideal for babies from birth as there V-shape design does not swamp their small delicate frames and also do not hide the beautiful clothes us mums spend hundreds of pound on. As we use of 2 nickel free snap fastenings our adjustable sized bandana bibs, dribble bibs can be worn by children up to the age of 5 years+.

All of our bandana bibs, dribble bibs can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably air dried but if necessary tumble dried on a low heat and can be ironed normally

Bebe + Me - don't buy mass produced, make it yourself

Bebe + Me is a slowly growing business selling beautifully crafted baby's gifts.

Before I had my son in August 2009 I hadn't sat in front of a sewing machine since leaving school... however the want was always there, but never the time or project.

That all changed after having Eton (who is 13 months old now) the inspiration to Bebe + Me.

?Why buy mass produced - when you can make your own unique items?

So that's exactly what I did.

I went out bought a tone of fabric, sat behind my sewing machine and failed miserably.... but I didn't give up!!

I did walk away however, put it all aside of a month and refocused, did a little research, did a lot more buying of fabrics and gave it another go... and bingo it worked!!!

My bandana bibs or dribble bibs have altered in design quite a lot but the want to produce bright, colourful and playful bibs has always been there... and so Bebe + Me was born.

I now make bandana bibs or dribble bibs, tag blankets, nappy cakes, pram blankets, traditional style bibs, burp cloths and am about to launch a new range of changing/ play mats, changing bags, nappy purses etc....

All things British - Part 1

I thought this blog would focus on all things British....

As an active and enthusiastic fan of Etsy I thought it would be nice to support and celebrate the huge number of UK creators, crafter's and designers on this American based website.
